Prevent Covid-19 with 10M

Recently, the number of cases covid-19 continue to increase. In order to protect ourselves, our families and those closest to us so that everything remains protected, we must comply with health protocols.

Therefore, the implementation of the 5M health protocol still needs to be improved to increase our vigilance against this virus. Therefore us will inform in a 10M way we prevent Covid-19

Based on the PPI-PRA Committee of Cipto Mangunkuusumo Hospital (RSCM) Jakarta, there is a 10M health protocol that must be implemented to prevent Covid-19.

How to Prevent Covid-19 with 10M

  1. Doing Hand Hygiene.
    Wash your hands with soap and running water for at least 20 seconds, especially after touching public surfaces, before eating, and after coughing or sneezing. If you don't have water and soap, use a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  2. Using a Mask.
    Wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth when outdoors or interacting with others. Cloth masks should be washed after use, while disposable masks should be disposed of properly.
  3. Keeping a Distance.
    Always maintain a distance of at least 1-2 meters from other people, especially in public places or crowded areas to reduce the risk of virus transmission.
  4. Avoiding the Crowd.
    Avoid places with large crowds or events involving many people because the virus spreads more easily in crowded areas.
  5. Reduce Travel.
    Reduce non-urgent outdoor activities, especially to areas with high transmission rates. As much as possible, take advantage of online services for daily needs.
  6. Maintaining Air Circulation.
    Make sure the room is well ventilated by opening windows or using air filters to reduce the concentration of viruses in the room.
  7. Conducting Environmental Cleanup.
    Routinely clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces, such as doorknobs, tables, light switches, and electronic devices.
  8. Increases Immunity.
    Consume balanced nutritious foods, increase fruits and vegetables, get enough sleep, exercise regularly, and avoid stress to maintain body immunity.
  9. Changing Clothes.
    After doing activities outside the house, immediately change clothes and take a shower. This helps reduce the chances of bringing the virus from outside into the house.
  10. Boosts Immunity.
    In addition to a healthy diet, consider taking supplements or vitamins such as vitamins C, D, and zinc as recommended by your doctor to support the immune system.

By implementing the above measures consistently, the risk of Covid-19 transmission can be minimized.
