- Minimum education graduate: S1 in Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering, or Management
- Experienced min. 1 year & very good understanding of Business Process Model and Supply Chain
- Experienced in compiling documents such as Business Requirement Document (BRD) or Functional Specification Document (FSD), user stories and use cases, elicitation techniques (survey, interview, etc.), requirement management tools (JIRA)
- Have good knowledge of BPMN 2.0, Process Diagrams, UI Design, Flowcharts, UML, Prototyping Tools (Figma), Google Docs, etc.
- Have good leadership, public speaking, decision making, problem solving and collaboration skills

- Proficiency in data analysis tools (such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI) and familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
- Experience with statistical software (such as SPSS or R) is a plus.
- Have good soft skills in the following: analytical thinking, project management, communication skills, and problem-solving.
- Experienced in handling big data and advanced analytics techniques.
